At Wildflower Therapy Practice, sessions are provided on a fee-for-service basis. The practice is based in Leura in the Blue Mountains, NSW, and offers counselling for adolescents and adults in the local Blue Mountains community, as well as telehealth for those in wider areas.
I am a registered Medicare provider through the Better Outcomes in Mental Health Care program, which means some clients may be eligible for a rebate for specific mental health conditions.
To access this program, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan from your General Practitioner (GP).
Initial Consult
The initial session will comprise of a 50 minute session in which I will complete a bio-psycho-social assessment and determine goals for therapy.
I will complete a personalised treatment plan to guide therapy moving forward. Treatment plans and case formulations will be reviewed throughout treatment to ensure we are meeting your needs and goals of therapy.
Price: $140
Rebate Amount:$87.25 per 50-minute session (as of 1 July 2025).
Follow up consults
Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes and focus on continuing your progress in therapy. During these sessions, we review your goals, discuss any changes in your circumstances, and work through strategies and interventions that support your wellbeing.
These sessions provide space to reflect on what’s working, address new challenges, and adjust your treatment plan as needed, ensuring that therapy remains relevant, personalised, and responsive to your needs.
