Therapeutic Approaches
I draw on a range of well-established therapeutic approaches, including:
○ Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – helping to identify and shift unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour.
○ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – supporting people to build psychological flexibility and live in alignment with their values.
○ Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) – developing practical skills for managing emotions, relationships, and distress.
○ Mindfulness-based therapy – encouraging greater awareness, self-compassion, and presence in everyday life.
These approaches support meaningful and lasting change, while ensuring therapy remains responsive to each individual’s experiences, goals, and pace.

Acknowledgement of Country
I acknowledge the Gundungurra and Dharug are the Traditional Owners of the lands on which I live and work, and recognise that sovereignty was never ceded. I pay my deepest respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, and honour the enduring connection that First Nations peoples have to Country, culture, and knowledge. I acknowledge the historical and ongoing dispossession of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and am committed to supporting reconciliation and justice for First Nations communities.
